Every confirmed rental counts toward its vehicle’s earnings for the month. Log expenses like fuel, maintenance, repairs, carwash, registration and insurance, for one vehicle or the whole business, and the Profit page shows earned, expenses and profit, plus how many days each vehicle was out, for each vehicle and the whole fleet.

Yes. Every renter gets a private booking link where they send their driver’s license and ID for you to approve, tell you they’ve paid, and sign your rental agreement. You can also take a refundable security deposit and mark it received and returned.

Yes. Add your delivery areas, like North on Mondays and Wednesdays and South on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Renters pick their area, or type their city, barangay or postal code, and only see that area’s days. Each area can have its own daily limit and delivery fee.

Yes. Choose your country when you sign up and EngineFleet uses your currency and time zone. You can set your own payment methods too, like PayNow, UPI, cards or bank transfer.

Yes. Sign up with your Google account or any email, add your vehicles and rates, and share your booking link. You choose and pay for a plan when you sign up; there’s no free trial.

Every plan includes unlimited bookings, your booking page and booking flow (requests or instant booking, document timing, deposits and payment deadlines), payments and ID checks, quick quotes, a Blocklist and Engine AI. Engine Solo is for up to 2 cars. Engine R is for up to 5 and adds a staff account for a helper, rental agreements signed online, expenses, your own colour and cover photo, tie-up partners, weekend and seasonal rates and maintenance reminders. Engine RS is for up to 12 and adds 3 staff accounts, hourly rates, transfers, key tags and profit reports. Engine GT is for up to 25 and adds managers, 2 branches, no EngineFleet branding and priority support. Your own domain is an add-on on Engine RS and Engine GT. Prepay 12 months for a discount. Renters can tell you they’ve paid, with a screenshot, from their booking page, and you confirm it in one tap. You can also record GCash, Maya, bank transfer or cash payments, and track balances and due dates.

Yes. Write your terms once in Settings, then send a rental agreement with any booking. Your renter reads it on their phone, types their name and draws a signature, and you both get the signed PDF by email.

No. Every EngineFleet account comes with a booking page you can share as a link on Facebook, Instagram or in chat.

Yes. Both your dashboard and your renters’ booking page are designed to work on a phone first.

Only you and the team members you invite. Staff can handle rentals and renters, while payments, profit and settings stay with the owner. Each business account is kept separate.

Your bookings, payments, renters and signed contracts are kept for as long as you’re with us, on every plan, with no time limit. Renters’ licenses, IDs and payment screenshots are deleted 3 months after each rental ends, to protect their privacy; we tell you a week before, so you can download any you need. If you close your account, everything is deleted 30 days later, and until then you can change your mind. An account with no plan and no activity for 6 months is deleted the same way, after we email you.

Yes. Plans are prepaid, so nothing renews on its own. When your paid time ends, your account is locked until you choose a plan again: nothing is deleted and rentals already confirmed go ahead, but you can’t take new bookings or add cars.
